Rental Rules and Requirements

Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance with clearly defined additional-mileage charges.

• 120 miles included per day
• Additional mileage is charged at $4 per mile

Premium vehicles require proper fuel quality and must be returned with the same fuel level provided.

• Vehicles requiring premium fuel must only be filled with premium fuel
• Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup
• If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided, AAXOTICS charges a $30 refueling service fee plus $8 per gallon needed to refill the vehicle
• Damage caused by improper fuel remains the renter’s responsibility

AAXOTICS vehicles are maintained as premium interiors. Smoking and contamination are handled seriously.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all AAXOTICS vehicles
• This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, hookah, and any smoke-producing substances
• Vaping is permitted only if it does not leave odor, residue, stains, or damage
• Smoking inside the vehicle results in a minimum $500 fee
• Additional cleaning, odor removal, restoration, and loss-of-use charges may apply
• Excessive vape residue, smoke odor, ash, burns, or interior contamination may also result in cleaning or restoration charges

Pets require written approval before entering any AAXOTICS vehicle.

• Pets are prohibited unless approved in writing by AAXOTICS
• Excessive pet hair, odors, stains, or damage will result in cleaning and restoration fees

Every AAXOTICS rental must be operated safely and respectfully. Abuse may end the rental immediately.

• Vehicles may not exceed 100 MPH under any circumstances
• Reckless driving is strictly prohibited
• Reckless driving includes excessive rapid acceleration, aggressive or repeated hard braking, burnouts, drifting, racing, launch control abuse, and unsafe or abusive driving behavior
• Customers are given three warnings: the policy is disclosed in the rental agreement, the policy is verbally reviewed again during pickup, and the first detected violation serves as the final active warning
• Any additional violation after the first occurrence may result in immediate termination of the rental, forfeiture of the security deposit, additional charges and penalties, and denial of future rentals
• All vehicles are GPS monitored and driving behavior may be reviewed for safety, insurance, and compliance purposes

AAXOTICS vehicles include monitoring technology for safety, compliance, and theft prevention.

• All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and anti-theft technology
• Vehicles may include tracking, telematics, and vehicle disabling technology
• Customers acknowledge that there is no expectation of privacy while operating the vehicle

Rental travel areas must be approved in advance and respected throughout the rental.

• Vehicles may not leave New York State unless approved in writing by AAXOTICS
• Unauthorized out-of-state travel may result in a minimum $5,000 penalty plus additional damages and losses

Renters are responsible for all charges, tickets, and violations incurred during the rental period.

• Renters are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, traffic violations, camera violations, towing fees, and impound charges
• All vehicles are equipped with E-ZPass for customer convenience
• Toll charges may be billed after the rental period ends

Vehicles must be returned on time to protect the next booking and fleet schedule.

• Late returns are charged at 150% of the daily rental rate for each additional day
• Additional hourly charges may apply
• Unauthorized late returns may result in repossession of the vehicle

Certain uses are never allowed in AAXOTICS vehicles.

• Racing
• Track use
• Burnouts
• Drifting
• Off-road driving
• Driving under the influence
• Illegal activity
• Towing with the vehicle
• Transporting hazardous materials
• Using the vehicle for rideshare or transportation-for-hire services
• Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were received in.

• Customers may be charged for excessive dirtiness
• Interior stains
• Smoke odors
• Wheel damage or curb rash
• Interior or exterior damage
• Mechanical abuse
• Excessive wear
• Missing items or accessories
• Loss of rental income while the vehicle is repaired or cleaned

Any issue with the vehicle must be reported immediately and handled through the proper process.

• Any accident, theft, damage, warning light, or mechanical issue must be reported immediately
• Renter is fully responsible for damages incurred during the rental period
• Renter agrees to cooperate with insurance claims and investigations

Renters are responsible for keeping the vehicle locked, secure, and protected when not in use.

• Vehicles may not be left running unattended
• Vehicles must remain locked and secured when not in use
• Loss of keys may result in replacement and reprogramming fees

Customers authorize AAXOTICS to charge the payment method on file for rental-related balances.

• Damages
• Cleaning fees
• Late fees
• Administrative fees
• Fuel charges
• Loss-of-use charges
• Any outstanding balances related to the rental agreement
